We source our specialty-grade beans from high-altitude estates where the cherries are forced to develop a dense, resilient structure. Our process is a disciplined "Form-Matched" craft utilizing small-batch thermal mapping to eliminate the bitter "noise" of mass production while unlocking deep, powerful notes of dark chocolate, toasted sesame, and black cherry.
